Gel & PCR Purification Kit is used for recovery of DNA fragments from normal or low-melting-point agarose gels, or purification of DNA fragments from PCR products or enzyme cutting reactions. The kit efficiently removes proteins, organic compounds, salts and oligonucleotides/primers. The kit is suitable for recovery of DNA fragments with 100 bp~30 kb in size. The DNA recovery rate is >80%. The elution volume not less than 30 μl. The recovered DNA molecules are with high purity and good integrity that is suitable for downstream procedures like enzyme cutting, PCR, sequencing, library screening, ligation and transformation.
